New Captains Welcomed Following Drive-In Celebration
The club was delighted to officially welcome its new Captains at the annual Captains Drive-In held on Sunday 15th February 2026.
Leading the Gents section this year is Steve Ward, who brings great enthusiasm and commitment to the role. In the Ladies section, Heather Cunningham takes up the Captaincy, and members are looking forward to her leadership both on and off the course. Representing the club’s younger members, Valentino Salas-Owen has been appointed Junior Captain, marking an exciting year ahead.
The Drive-In was well supported by members, creating a fantastic atmosphere to mark the start of their Captaincies. We wish Steve, Heather and Valentino every success for the year ahead.
